Meet the Houston Team Behind Lodgewick ADU Houston
We’re not a call center that dispatches strangers. When you build an ADU in Houston, the people who show up at your door are the same people you’ll see every day until the final walkthrough. Our crew has worked together long enough to finish each other’s sentences, and they’ve spent enough summers on Houston lots to know what a slab does in August. Russ Delmar hired every one of them personally, and he’d trust any of them on his own mother’s property. That’s the bar.
Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Project Manager
Marcus has been running residential builds in Houston for 17 years, the last seven with Lodgewick. He carries a general contractor’s license and has overseen more than 80 ADU and garage conversion projects across Harris County. His specialty is the pre-construction phase: lot surveys, setback verification, and the City of Houston permitting process. Marcus is the one who catches a drainage issue before the slab gets poured, not after. He grew up in Alief and still coaches his nephew’s Little League team in the spring. If Marcus tells you a timeline, it’s because he’s already accounted for the weather.
Dana R. – Senior Installer and Finish Carpenter
Dana handles the structural work and the details most people don’t notice until the project is done. She’s been with Lodgewick since 2016 and came up through residential carpentry before moving into ADU builds. Her work with prefab systems from Abodu, Boxabl, and Plant Prefab means she can spot a factory tolerance issue during unload, before it becomes a finished wall problem. Dana is the crew member who labels every cut, organizes the trailer at the end of every day, and somehow keeps a job site cleaner than most people’s garages. She’s also the reason our Houston builds end up with cleaner trim work than the plan called for.
Eddie V. – Service Coordinator
Eddie is usually the first voice a homeowner hears, because he’s the one answering the phone at our Houston location. He joined Lodgewick in 2019 after years in residential construction supply, and that background shows: he knows the difference between a rough-in question and a foundation question, and he routes each call to the right person without a voicemail loop. Eddie manages scheduling, permit document follow-up, and material deliveries. He also fixes our office coffee maker, which he will tell you is the most difficult part of his job. When a homeowner calls with a question mid-build, Eddie either answers it or gets you an answer within the hour.
Priya S. – Apprentice Installer
Priya is in her third year with Lodgewick, working toward her journeyman credentials. She started on demolition crews for garage conversions and now handles a lot of the interior finish work under Dana’s supervision: siding and trim, cabinet blocking, flashing details. Priya is the team member most likely to catch a mismatch between the plan set and what’s actually on the truck. She’s originally from Sugar Land, went to school in Houston, and drives a truck that’s older than she is. Homeowners tend to remember Priya because she explains what she’s doing while she does it, which is more useful than it sounds.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Lodgewick Houston crew member operates under The Kingswell Way, which is less a slogan and more a set of non-negotiables: say the price before the work starts, show up in the window we gave you, leave the job site cleaner than we found it, and put the guarantee in writing. That guarantee is the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s on every build we do in Houston. If something fails within a year of completion, we come back and make it right, no prorated excuses. A lodge is a small house on a larger property, which is exactly what an ADU is, and the people who build it should treat the whole property like it belongs to someone who lives there. Because it does.
